At least on google earth you can see that while some islands are still being ‘washed ashore’ by Dutch Van Oord company while some other islands are already fully developed.

A follow-up on the earlier topic. This green spot in the desert is not only of ‘urban’ importance but also inspires as graphic or logo to build large-scale commercials seen ‘from above’.

Approaching La Guardia Airport it can be seen out of your plane window (wind & weather permitting) and today I came across this on google earth working on another project. ‘Target’ uses its simple logo as a roof commercial, only being seen from a plane. However, the logo merges seamlessly into the graphic language of a navigation system.
