Blue Tarp is being used as a low-tech shell against wind & water due to its easy handling and reusability as seen here. The above shags seem to be temporary shelter for moving workforces along new-built highways.

A follow-up on the earlier topic. This green spot in the desert is not only of ‘urban’ importance but also inspires as graphic or logo to build large-scale commercials seen ‘from above’.
